Orders & Shipping
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by supplier, but most items arrive within 5–10 business days. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States but international shipping is coming soon!
Products & Sizing
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart. We recommend checking your measurements and comparing them to the chart. If you’re between sizes, go one size up for the best fit.
Q: The item I want is sold out. Will it come back?
A: Many of our pieces are limited edition, but popular styles are often restocked. Feel free to contact us about a specific item — we’re happy to help!
Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Note: Sale items, intimates, and accessories are final sale.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Email us at support@jonsdailylook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the process.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
